The beauty of the Psalms is that they give us a song for every age and stage…for every situation of life. 

In the passage today we are given a song and seven prayers for when we experience times of depression and sadness. 

Psalm 119:25 begins with his soul down in the dust…and ends with his heart enlarged and set free.

The key question is how?

How do you move out of the darkness and into the light?
