Kicking off Exodus

This Sunday, we are kicking off a new study through the book of Exodus! 

Exodus is one of the most exciting, dramatic, and important books in the Bible and all of world literature. 

In it we are given answers to some of life’s most important questions:
who God really is, who we really are, what we really need, etc…

But it’s beauty and power are easily missed. I can’t wait to dive into it fully!

Tomorrow we will look at the book’s big picture. 

Below is the outline we will use: 

Main Theme and Central Drama 

|| Ex6:1-6 || Who is the Lord? 
|| Ex5:1-3 || Who is the Lord, that I should obey him?  

What are we to know? 
1. He is the God who delivers (1-13) 
2. He is the God who directs (14-19) 
3. He is the God who dwells (20-40)
