Church Covenant

One of the best ways to get to know who we are and what type of community we desire to be is to read through our church covenant.

Membership Process

Anyone interested in joining our church as a covenant member can reach out to David Goodman at welcome@trinitylakenona.com

We run a connection class that includes a communal dinner on Friday night and Saturday morning class that finishes before lunch time. These classes are offered quarterly and are intended to help us align and engage together as a church.

At anytime you can arrange a meeting with an elder or ministry director to have your questions answered and to help us to get to know you better.

Why Membership?

Membership might seem like a weird thing to do in the 21st Century. We believe membership has a three-fold purpose that is applicable in any culture:

Through committing to each other, our elders know who that are particularly responsible for shepherding and serving. We believe elders are accountable to God for their ministry to love the church by teaching sound doctrine, supporting faithful living, and encouraging renewal in the Holy Spirit. We can do that most effectively when we know who we are called to serve.
