Baptism Service
On July 8th we celebrated our first baptism service!
We had 7 people baptized! For the worship service we intermingled songs of praise and celebration with each person’s testimony.
That was followed by a short devotion where I explained the basic symbolism behind baptism.
We looked at:
- Why water?
- Why under the water?
- Why “in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit?”
When we ended, we all processed out and had the baptism at the end of the service.
