Psalm 51 / Real Repentance

As we continue our series on experiencing the transforming power of the gospel, we will be looking at one of the most famous prayers in the Bible: Psalm 51. 

Psalm 51 is the central place in the Bible to learn about what genuine repentance is. 

In this passage, we will see that there is a process you can go through and that no matter how bad your life is, how you have messed up, or how broken you feel, there is a way to come out better. A way to come out healed, stronger, humbler, and bolder. 

The central question we will ask is: How can we experience life-changing, character-forming, and freedom-producing repentance?
